Our sales force has two major markets to solicit to: new business just opening and existing business with a competitor. Success in either market is based on cold calling and tenacity.
The office staff is responsible for customer service: answering the phones, AP/AR, specials, downloading the day’s activities from the handhelds and uploading the next day’s invoices. The office staff has a direct impact on every department and person in the company.
