Our focus remains on delivering safe, hygienic processing for healthcare textiles with rigorous staff training and industry-aligned procedures.

SUSTAINABILITY
Q: How does your company support sustainability?
A: Sustainability is at the core of how we operate—every load we wash is part of a bigger effort to reduce waste, conserve resources, and give materials a second life. Here’s how we do it:
Water Reuse – Our advanced filtration system allows us to reuse 98% of our daily wash water, significantly reducing water consumption.
Solar Energy – 30% of our annual electricity needs are powered by on-site solar panels, lowering our carbon footprint.
Linen Repurposing – Used dishcloths are converted into all-purpose work rags, extending their usefulness and minimizing textile waste.
Biodiesel Recovery – We reclaim food oils from hospitality linens and send them off to be repurposed into biodiesel, supporting clean fuel initiatives.
Chemical & Energy Efficiency – High-efficiency washers, optimized chemical dosing, and eco-friendly detergents reduce emissions and runoff.
Award-Winning Compliance – We’ve earned the City of Portland’s Gold Compliance Award for 20 consecutive years of environmental pretreatment excellence.

RFID
Q: What does RFID mean, and how do you use it?
A: RFID stands for Radio Frequency Identification. It’s a technology we use to track and manage your linen and garment inventory with 99.99% accuracy.
Each item is tagged with a small RFID chip that allows us to:
Track items through the entire laundry cycle – from pickup to wash, delivery, and return
Monitor inventory levels – including clean, dirty, and on-the-shelf stock
Improve accountability – by providing detailed usage and lifecycle data
Reduce loss and ensure accurate billing – with real-time item tracking
RFID ensures transparency, efficiency, and consistency in how we manage your textiles.
